What you will do
We are looking for a dynamic Talent & HR Manager to join our team. This role blends talent acquisition expertise with a wide range of HR responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will excel at recruiting top talent and managing HR functions to support and enhance our workplace culture, while also fostering a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify staffing needs and create and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from the job posting to onboarding, as required globally (primarily EMEA & APAC).
- Handle the complete VISA submission process for the upcoming employees and ensure the compliance of the documents that are submitted.
HR Administration:
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and HR-related projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
- Leverage HR tools to implement procedures and maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee payroll processing and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews and the return of company property, ensuring a smooth transition.
Training & Development:
- Together with managers collaborate on employee development, ensuring key workforce skills and capabilities are identified and developed to meet future market demand and business needs.
- Develop and deliver HR-related training sessions.
- Guide, coach and develop managers on people topics and global leadership processes, enhancing the employee experience.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts.
- Assist in implementing performance management programs, including performance reviews and development plans.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- Guide, coach, develop and support leaders/people managers on people topics and global leadership processes, enhancing the employee experience.
Additional Duties:
- Generate HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and organize team meetings or events.
- Ensure the office equipment and environment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Perform other related duties to support when required.
What are we looking for?
- You have 1-2 years of proven experience in HR and recruitment (IT/ Sales profiles).
- You speak French and English fluently (oral and written). Spanish fluency is a plus.
- You have a background in psychology, business administration, HR management, or other related fields.
- You take initiative and actively contribute to the development of internal processes.
- You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
- You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and are results-oriented.
