Are You Up for the Challenge?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our Bangkok office. You will actively source, engage, and assess candidates while also driving initiatives to build strong relationships with universities and talent pools in Thailand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Develop, update, and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms.
• Source and attract top talent using databases, social media, job portals, and local networks.
• Proactively headhunt high-potential candidates to build a strong pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across all recruitment stages.
• Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.

University & Community Outreach

• Develop relationships with top universities and academic institutions in Bangkok.
• Organize and participate in career fairs and networking events.
• Promote employer branding to attract young professionals and fresh graduates.

Onboarding & HR Support

• Assist with new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Support the HR team in initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, HR, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.

🗣 Languages: Fluent in Thai & English (mandatory).

💡 Mindset: Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about recruitment and people.

📊 Skills: Strong organization, planning, and time management abilities.

📌 Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR (preferred).
• Experience in university relations, administrative work, or event coordination.
