As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven value-based selling methodology, you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.
Your Key Responsibilities
🚀 Sales Development & Pipeline Growth
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client solutions, their customer base, and market trends to understand their unique positioning.
Proactively identify and research relevant accounts and high-value prospects relevant to your client’s context.
Utilize value-based selling strategies to engage prospects via multi-channel outreach (calling, email and LinkedIn).
Confidently address objections and nurture leads, aiming to secure high-quality meetings for clients.
Qualify leads thoroughly to uncover pain points, decision-making processes, and current initiatives.
Manage all aspects of the client project, including performance tracking and maintaining systems and tools.
🤝 Client Relationship & Value Impact
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor with measurable impact.
Analyse data and provide strategic recommendations to deliver continuous value to clients.
Prepare performance reports, emphasizing progress and areas for improvement to optimize results.
What You Need to Succeed
📈 Experience:
Proven experience in outbound lead generation, ideally in an agency setting as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach is a strong plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.
🗣️ Languages:
· Native or full competency in German, Spanish or French.
· Fluent English (mandatory) Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, etc) is a plus.
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, International relations, or a related field.
💡 Skills: Strong business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
🚀 Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
📌 Bonus Points
· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, Evaboot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
