Are You Up for the Challenge?
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven **value-based selling methodology**, you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.
Your Key Responsibilities
🔍 Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
🌟 Lead Qualification – Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
💪 Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.
📈 Sales Support – Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
📝 Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
📊 Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
🧠 Continuous Learning – Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
What You Need to Succeed
🌍 Languages: Native-level or full proficiency in Arabic & complete fluency in English.
🎓 Education: Currently completing a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree in Business administration, International relationships, International businesses, Marketing or similar.
📝 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written business communication.
💪 Work Ethic: Independent, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
🔬 Tech-Savvy: Openness to learning sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
🎯 Team Player: Ability to collaborate in a high-energy sales environment.
🤓 Curious & Proactive: Strong interest in the IT/Software Industry with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
🧬 Logical Thinking: Ability to structure responses and think critically.
