Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be part of a team that supports global tech leaders in expanding their sales pipelines. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential leads for our client using our proven value-based selling methodology.
๐ Prospecting & Lead Generation โ Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
๐ Lead Qualification โ Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
๐ช Sales Pipeline Management โ Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.
๐ Sales Support โ Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
๐ Data Management โ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
๐ Reporting & Analysis โ Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
๐ง Continuous Learning โ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
What you need to succeed
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written Japanese
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written English -any additional APAC languages is a plus-.
- You have completed a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree.
- You have excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
- You are an independent worker with the capability to multi-task and prioritize.
- You are highly motivated and wish to thrive within Sales & Marketing and play a key role in B2B Sales processes.
- Familiarization with MS Office.
- Openness and ability to learn sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and processes
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; phenomenal and collaborative teammate.
- Interest and aptitude to learn about the IT/Software Industry, is curious to learn and has a โcan-doโ attitude with strong ownership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to think logically and structure answers
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales is a bonus point.
