Are You Up for the Challenge?
As a Sales Development Representative & Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting global tech leaders in expanding their sales pipelines. You’ll focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads while managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members. Experience in management is a plus, as you may be involved in coaching and training within the team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential customers using various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with the client’s target audience.
- Engage with decision-makers, fostering relationships to uncover business opportunities.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads progress effectively through the sales funnel.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve their sales outreach strategies.
- Deliver regular reports and feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
Leadership & Mentoring
- Assist in onboarding and training junior SDRs, sharing best practices and strategies.
- Support management in optimizing sales processes and team performance
What We’re Looking For:
📈 Experience:
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, ideally in an agency setting as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement tools like Lemlist is a strong plus.
- Previous client-facing responsibilities and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading a team is a nice-to-have.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.
🗣️ Languages:
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, Dutch) is a plus.
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
💡 Skills: Strong business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
🚀 Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
📍 Location: Must be already based in Barcelona.

- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
- Management Experience: Prior experience mentoring or managing team members is a plus.
