About the role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, analytical, and process-driven Data Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. You’ll be at the heart of our lead-gen engine: sourcing high-quality data, building scalable automations, and shaping the systems that power our client campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, automating repetitive work, and creating better, smarter ways of doing things.
What you’ll do
🔍 Data Sourcing & Enrichment
- Understand the client´s account Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buying groups to develop a structured data sourcing plan
- Enrich target account lists with necessary details to score ICP relevance
- Identify additional accounts fitting the clients ICP
- Build accurate contacts lists based on the clients buying groups (LinkedIn, Apollo, scraping, APIs, etc.)
- Enrich and verify contacts with all relevant data (Emailable, Lusha, etc.)
🤖 Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Develop scrapers or automated routines to ease data sourcing
- Build smart workflows and create scripts to automate repetitive tasks
- Continuously streamline and scale processes as S2M grows
⚙️ Process Optimization & Innovation
- Proactively propose improvements to workflows, data pipelines, and tools
- Identify inefficiencies and fix them before they impact projects
- Test, integrate, and own new tools that elevate S2M’s data capabilities
- Monitor emerging trends in data automation, scraping, enrichment, and ABM tech
📊 Data Quality & Stewardship
- Build, maintain and improve S2M’s central data warehouse
- Clean, dedupe, normalize, and structure data across industries and markets
- Ensure full data accuracy and consistency for all client campaigns
🤝🏼 Cross-functional Support
- Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver datasets for new client briefs
- Provide fast, on-demand support for ad-hoc requests
- Guide teams on realistic data expectations and best targeting options
What we are looking for
- 2-5 years’ experience in data automation, or technical lead-gen roles in enterprise software or a B2B agency
- Solid understanding of B2B lead generation and ICP segmentation
- Experience with data scraping, APIs and automation workflows
- Experience with enrichment and verification tools (Lusha, Emailable, Apollo, Clay, Dropcontact)
- Experience with outbound and ABM tools (Outreach.io, Lemlist etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and data manipulation
- Knowledge of SQL / databases
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
