Role Overview: Inside Sales & Client Success Manager
As an Inside Sales & Client Success Manager, you will lead a team of talented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring they achieve exceptional results for our clients. Your team will focus on generating high-quality leads, building brand awareness, and driving client success.
Using S2M-group’s value-based selling methodology, you’ll cultivate a high-performance culture, mentor your team, and collaborate closely with clients to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Inspire, train, and manage a team of SDRs to consistently exceed performance goals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, team meetings, and coaching to enhance skills in prospecting, qualification, and relationship management.
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and empowering team culture.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, aligning on strategies and goals.
- Provide strategic insights to ensure client expectations are surpassed.
- Serve as the primary contact for escalations, feedback, and performance reviews.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Oversee outbound campaigns utilizing multi-channel prospecting methods (email, calls, social, etc.), refine outreach processes, including cadence creation, email templates, and call scripts to generate opportunities and achieve targets.
- Analyze and optimize performance metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, workflows, tools, and strategies.
- Ensure accurate reporting, data integrity across accounts.
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and enhance sales methodologies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to deliver actionable insights to clients and your team.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Reporting & Insights
- Track, analyze, and present key performance metrics, including SQLs, booked meetings, and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement and growth
What You Need to Succeed
Experience
- 2+ years in inside sales, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership role managing outbound SDR teams.
- Proven track record of driving team performance and meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline development targets.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech-driven industries is highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field.
Language Proficiency
Excellent verbal and written English; additional APAC languages (Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, etc.) are a plus.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written business communication.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire a team to meet or exceed goals.
- Analytical mindset for reviewing performance data and implementing actionable improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, including prospecting, sequencing, and qualification processes
Technical Knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office, Outreach, Apollo or similar platforms.
